Unless a written contract is executed, the following short-form agreements apply to all XLam Australia purchases:

• Goods SFA – applies to procurement of goods, other than construction-related goods;
• Services SFA – applies to procurement of services, other than construction-related services; and
• Works SFA – applies to procurement of construction-related goods and services.
