Keeping homes warm in winter and cooler in summer

INSULATED PANELS

XLT Floor are laminated mass timber floor panels. Installed as a solid flooring system, it provides strong thermal and acoustic performance, supporting more stable and comfortable internal environments. Panels are dimensionally accurate, providing a flat, stable substrate suitable for a wide range of floor finishes, including carpet, timber and vinyl. Lightweight and easy to handle, XLT Floor supports efficient installation on site.

XLT FLOOR BENEFITS

Thermal insulation

XLT Floor panels deliver a thermal rating of 0.5 m²K/W, providing excellent insulation against temperature changes. This helps maintain indoor comfort while reducing the need for heating and cooling.

Environmentally responsible

Made from plantation pine that absorbs carbon from the atmosphere as the tree grows. Trees are regrown creating a cycle of carbon sequestration.

Sound insulation

XLT Floor achieves Rw = 34 dB for minimal sound transference. This makes it a great choice for creating quieter, more peaceful living environments.

Solid under foot

Made from solid mass timber, XLT Floor offers a sturdy, stable feel underfoot without give or bounce.

XLT FLOOR JOB SITE BENEFITS

Weather resistant

XLT Floor employs a weather-resistant membrane and sealing tape to help keep panels dry during installation.

No sanding required

XLT Floor panels are made with strict and tight dimensional accuracy (±2mm), so that floors are flat and ready for coverings.

Lightweight & easy to handle

Each panel weighs approximately 50kg, allowing for easy handling on site and reducing reliance on lifting equipment.

Simple wet area set down

With a 60mm panel depth, XLT Floor facilitates drainage set down so joists can maintain a constant depth.
