Combining XLT Span panels with XLT Beam supports, the system delivers exceptional spanning capability and streamlined installation. With its modular, semi-composite design, XLT Cassette helps projects stay efficient, flexible in design, and on schedule.

Available with CodeMark-certified H3 treatment for protection against termites, borers, fungal decay, and rot.

XLT Cassette achieves 31Rw for minimal sound transference, creating a quieter and more private building.

Superior Span

Combining CLT panels with engineered timber beams, XLT Cassette is engineered to achieve spans up to 9 metres supporting open-plan spaces.

Lightweight Craning

With an average weight of just 480kg/m3 panels can be efficiently lowered into position with light-duty cranes, reducing labour requirements and improving overall construction efficiency.

Simplified Design

XLT Cassette’s large panels and simple connections make installation quick and straightforward. Open beam spacing allows easy service integration, with flexible detailing to suit a range of designs

Adaptable Sizing

With standard panel sizes, XLT Cassette is ideal for residential applications. For bespoke projects requiring differing lengths, the panels can be easily docked onsite.
